Prof. Richie Gill Co-Vice Chair

Richie Gill is the co-Deputy Director of the Consortium for Precision Health (CPH) at the
University of Bath. He was the co-Deputy Chair of Centre for Therapeutic Innovation from
2019 to 2025. His research interests specialise in orthopaedic (MSK) engineering, hip and
knee joint function, disease and treatment, implant function, healthcare engineering and
imaging.

He is the UK Ambassador European Orthopaedic Research Society (2023- to date), Chair of
Trustees for British Orthopaedic Research Society (2022-to date) and was the Chair of
Trustees for British Orthopaedic Research Society (2020-2022) and was the President
British Orthopaedic Research Society (2018-2020).
